Make an Order
How do I buy your products?
You can buy Smart Lumies products on our webshop. Follow the website navigation and search for "Shop".
We accept credit cards and Apple Pay at this moment.
When will order be charged
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged as soon as the purchase is made. This includes all products (pre-ordered items as well).
Cancel order
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase by sending out an e-mail to hi@smartlumies.com. An order cannot be modified or canceled after it has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Sales Tax
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Depending on the destination of the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.
Customs
Will I have to pay for customs?
Please note that you are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery as stated on our website. The destination country determines those expenses and Smart Lumies cannot control nor have specific information regarding the same.
Credit card rejected
Why is my credit card being rejected?
There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:
- The card is expired.
- You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
- You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
- A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
If you have issues submitting your credit card payment, please reach out to us at hi@smartlumies.com and submit your credit card issue.
Order rejected
My order is being rejected. What can I do?
First, try to make the order with a differen credit card. If the problem keeps continuing, please contact us at hi@smartlumies.com and explain your situation.
Order without Credit card
Can I order without a credit card?
Unfortunately no, we only accept credit cards at this moment.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Initiate a Return
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return for refund, please reach out to us directly at hi@smartlumies.com
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be authorized by our Customer Support, in case of unauthorized returns, the refund may be refused. Once the return is authorized and you are sent the address for return, please make sure to ship the return within 30 days, as return packages that are sent after 30 days from authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
The return packages must be sent with registered mail which includes a tracking number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage fees/shipping charges in case of a return. You can read more about our Refund policy here.

The refund is usually visible within 5–7 days, depending on your financial institution and bank.

Warranty Policy
What is your warranty policy?
The Cube comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Smart Lumies, Inc. warrants that the original device purchased from Smart Lumies or authorized reseller shall be without defect under normal use for a period of one year.
Residents from European Economic Area (EEA) who purchased their Smart Lumies device in the EEA, whose warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
